“My mom lives here and it’s been such a blessing for her. They do lots of game nights potlucks. They have a shared garden space and the duck pond is incredible. It’s always peaceful and everyone is friendly. Lots of parking. They are great with repairs. I had questions and went over to the office with my mom. They were great at breaking things down so we both could understand. It’s in a little hidden cove. So I feel safe having my aging parent live here.”

“A very peaceful, friendly little community free of restrictions on patio, pool etc. Able to enjoy all the birds chirpping in the trees just outside my shaded patio. Feel safe here and staff are super. Bridgette really cares about her tenants! Wish we had some pool aerobics and yoga and senior transportation!”

“I had always lived in a house and didn't know what to expect. This place is wonderful. The people that live here are so friendly and sweet. Sitting and watching the ducks in the pond is one of my favorite things to do. My apartment is fantastic and if there is any problems, they are fixed right away. The staff here are great. Every time that I have needed help, they are right there to help. Karli and Bridgette are the best! They always greet you with a smile and are fabulous!”

“I like this place a lot. Truthfully, the only problems I have had were related to the smoke alarms. One went off and would not turn off. The office staff are great, and I enjoy participating in several of the resident activities, like potlucks, Saturday breakfasts, bingo (when it gets warmer), the annual pool party, and guest speakers. No apartment complex I have lived in has done so much for its residents. Maintenance is reliable when needed. My fellow residents are nice, generous people who make the activities fun to attend. The apartments are large compared to other places I have lived. I have a 2 bedroom, and the master bedroom is huge! The grounds are well kept with plenty of seating if you want to soak up sun, sky gaze, watch the duck pond, or have a picnic with family or friends. People need to be better at not littering, but that is not too terrible. Noise is not bad compared to other places, and when coming home late at night, I always feet safe. Thanks to everyone.”

“I stumbled upon Lakeside Village, and knew instantly this was home! The property is nestled at the end of a residential neighborhood. Covered parking is around the perimeter for maximum green space at the center of the property consisting of lush, green grass, walkways, mature trees and a duck pond! The beautifully appointed office is adjacent to the pool and hot tub area, with the friendliest office staff you could hope for! We were looking for great neighbors in a clean, comfortable, quiet community, and found it here!”
